The main process of Gypsum board production line includes:
- Put Calcined Gypsum powder, water and other additives to mixer by automatic metering system and conveying system, mix to form the Gypsum slurry, evenly scattered on the surface of the continous forward movement of the protective paper;
- With continuous moving and vibrating, Gypsum slurry gradually diffused and evenly scattered on the surface of moving bottom paper. Then it goes into the Forming machine and compund with top paper. By the process of extruding and forming, the slurry would be sealed by top paper and bottom paper. Then pulpous continous plasterboard is formed.
- While it conveyed by setting belt, wet Gypsum board gradually formed after board shaping, natual coagulation and automatic cutting. The wet boards arranged by programmed control system, quickly enter into dryer through rollers, belt conveyor and board turnover.
- Under strict controls in temperature zones of dryer, the wet board dried by different temperature hot air blow. The wet board keeps evaporating, modified starch would stick with the paper, then the dry Gypsum board would be transported out of dryer.
- Then the board will be turned over again and folded together(Face inward), cut the board to certain size and edge sealed.
- Finally it comes to automatic stacker for stacking, then it can be transported to warehouse by forklift.
